When you ask me a question about how to make your blow off valve louder, when running a stock airbox, and recirculating, then you my friend should be doing research and using the "search" function first. You are speaking of the standalone AEM EMS. This is not a step the poster needs to take at this point. I am currently running the AEM EMS on a speed density setup and it requires the usage of either a 3.5 bar MAP sensor or 5bar map sensor along with a GM IAT sensor. All this along with the AEM and a decent tune, will run you about 2400 dollars if you dont install it yourself. Secondly somone who wants a louder BOV is also implying that they drive their car on the street alot, so you'll wnat to pass emissions and have the car inspected, but you cant do that with the AEM. If you really want to spend all that money for basically a loud woosh sound, be my guest. But the MAF and recirculating is good enough for you.
