A FMIC shouldn't require any re-tuning. Your'll notice faster spool due to the bigger LICP.

Yeah I'm already running a LICP upgrade which is on my stock FMIC now.... once the BR Race goes in I'm curious to see if I'll be impressed with the 15 or so AWHP that he claims it will gain...

I wouldn't expect any gains from just the FMIC core, cause your probably seeing the gains already in the LICP.

Yeah I found it hard to believe.... but if I really did make gains from the LICP on the stock EVO FMIC....it would be nice to see even more gains with the FMIC upgrade...
