No Boost

When I got to start my car at idel it sounds normal.
I rev the car and watch the boost gauge it does not go to boost until about 7 rpms.
I removed the intake and looked the turbo everything appears to fine.
It spins and has no play.
There was a bit of oil in there and the intake.

I don't have any Idea what the problem is any help would be great.
Thanks

Chances are there is no problem, the engine needs to be under load to create boost. Take it for a ride and floor it, if it doesn't makte boost under that condition you've got a problem.

No it just does not sound right.
If your car is not moving it will make some kinda boost.
I am not making any until I rev the car til about 7rpm.
Also what about the oil in the turbo and the intake pipe is that common.

Our turbos definately dont make boost easily without load placed on it. You can tell because if you have an open intake, even if you rev really high at idle it barely makes a sound. Even in first gear it doesn seem to make boost all the way.

Oil in the intake pipe is normal . Most people get an oil catch can to combat this issue but it doesn't really do anything bad to the car.

You need get a catch can to save your turbo, intake manifold, and intercooler. Oil in the turbo will build up eventually and will cause problems later on.

Why are you having someone look at it? Get in it and DRIVE, if it makes boost while driving you have NOTHING to worry about....

It is not correct.
It will make a little boost while driving but not much.
It is like having a NA motor until you acctually slam the gas pedal down.
Even at that point it is not making much boost.
When you drive the car there is a smooth line when boost kicks in it thorws you back into the seat. Mine is not doing that anymore.
It is struggling to boost. I have checked all the Lines that I can think of and everything looks fine.
There is something definatly not right I just wish I new more about cars so I could explain it better.

If these make a diffrence I have the following Mods: I have Greddy Profec, RMR intake, Emanage, HKS Carbon Exhast, RMR delete pipe, and HKS down Pipe. some others but these are the only ones that would make power.

check your boost controller settings....if you have your low boost setting without gain or something or set really low then your car is fighting itself to NOT make boost....

just drive it and post when you reach boost...give it WOT and find out how much boost your making at say 4000 rpm in 4th gear (should be full boost by then)...or just give us more details about how your boosting but you could try to reset or have someone reset your boost controller.

It used to boost at a normal like I dont remember but some where around 3000 - 3200 rpms. Now if i get to going that fast it is like struggling like it does not have power.
I slam the gas and take it to about redline and it will make a small amount of boost I have not watched but It may be even less than like 12.5 which is what the actuator alone will let you hit.
It is like there is a wall and you can not go through it unless you give all she has and even at that rate it is barly making it through.
Hope that helps

Couple of things in wondering.

1. Have you checked for boost leaks yet?
2. Does the e-manage have programmable boost control that may be affecting it?

I think you're just getting used to the car.
