Don't eat the $15k bill. Have the car towed to a reputable shop and if you're going to drop 15k, make it on something worth it.

I don't see signs of detonation, but I'll be honest with you, you were never getting this covered under warranty from the second you brought it to the dealer. They could have found a crack in your oil pump housing that caused the loss of pressure, it still wouldn't have mattered.

Sadly enough you're probably right ^^. I definately wouldn't let them touch the car anymore than they have if they wont pay for it :\

looks like cylinder 4 was pretty much bent over and stuffed from bubba in cell 4...hope it all works out
