This needs to stop already guys.

Miguel, if you want help, take it.... we will fix the problem if it lies with our product, and who knows, we may even help if it's not related to our product. Wouldn't be the first time. But you are pretty much ignoring all suggestions given by the people posting in this thread, until you actually try to troubleshoot it's just speculation.

Oh and one more thing, it was me that suggested that it might be your wga that was loose when you were ready to buy a new turbo thinking yours was done.... and I had to tell you the same thing no less than 20 times to boot. Think back to me asking you to rev it slowly to 3k and then more rapidly to the same engine speed. Same sound? Probably just a harmonic. And it was....

Help is here at Forge and obviously it's all over this forum, you just need to accept it.

Ok Angel i appreciate the help but please dont bring up anything else that has nothing to do with this boost problem bc its making this thread go too far now,all i was asking was for help with the mbc that is all!! I was posting to see if ppl were experiencing the same issue and to get some feedback. I dont have anything against you guys and you guys now VERY WELL that i appreciate all the help and produicts i have received from you no doubt about it. I had no idea mike was gone on vacation so i said i was sorry for jumping the gun.

We should end this here b4 it gets any worse. If its cool with you guys, i can come down tomorrow and check out my mbc to see whats going on. Again, im not trying to be mean or nothing, and ive always appreciated the help all 3 of you have given me when ive had some issues. Im sorry if i offended any of you guys or anything, you guys know that i always go to Forge whenever i need something or just to hang out!! Again im sorry

OK everybody chill;

I can tell you guys that it is probably one of the above mentioned fixes. What we need to do is systematically eliminate the possibilities one at a time. I know we all get worked up but there is no need at this point.

WoooSaaa everyone WoooSaaa

No more talk from anyone until;

1. Replace MBC with Unos from forge or another MBC and test.

Couple questions:

1. Do you change your oil and how often?

2. Do you change you TC fluid at intervals?

3. Rear LSD too and when?

4. Change your brakepads at what mileage?

1. Every 3k

2.Every 5k

3.Yes, same time i do the tc

4. 15k

Does this answer your questions? What does this have to do with boost problems?

If you answer YES to these questions, the reason is because each component has moving parts just as the Forge MBC and anything with moving parts needs periodic service including but not limited to flushing, cleaning, oiling as is likely required in this instance.

Have I meantined how many times I have had to disassemble the $185 Hallman ProRx Evolution for servicing?

Update: Forgot to post this!! hehehe

I went to Forge, we pulled out the mbc and Mike cleaned it, installed it back. I took the car for a few test runs, the car boosted perfectly, even better than before. boost response was faster. I have NOT gotten anymore crazy spikes or boost creep since, even in really cold weather. Thanks to Mike @ Forge for the help, you guys rock!!!

Well it wasn't right on but I said this in your other thread like 2 weeks ago. I didn't intend to rip on forge (I have some of your products on my car), I just thought I read something about a bad batch of UNOS controllers at one point. Glad to hear the car is finally running. I was at least right about it being the boost controller!

Happy modding

Im sorry but that was not the case; there were several things done to the car in a short amount of time and they were saying that everything should be looked at and checked one thing at a time.

Forge is a great company and they have great customer service. They addressed the Boostcontroller issue and it was resolved.
