Yes everything worked fine but what is making me think its the mbc is that sometimes im unable to lowe the boost effectively. Like for example: I make a wot pass and it spikes 23-24 psi, i turn it down and it still boost the same, i once again turn it down, make another pass and it barely goes down, i make one more wot pass and then its low, then sometimes it goes back up by itself! This is what i dont get

Think about it for a minute. If you are getting boost creep then lowering the MBC setting won't have any effect until you drop below the boost creep's upper threshold. Make sense?

I realise that changing the O2 housing is a pain, but I don't think anyone in your 2 threads has pointed at the MBC yet except for you.

What you're describing is what I experienced a few months ago. Changes on the MBC setting didn't work as expected. I solved the problem by cleaning and greasing the spring and ball on my Unos. I still think that the ball should be a little bit bigger, it was getting stuck so bad that it took me quite a while to take it out of the MBC.

Well, you got a point. Just for assurance, ill clean the mbc to see if that helps, if not then ill move to the o2 housing or the wga

... you can let the stock boost solenoid do the work with a Works flash ... it uses the stock boost solenoid, no need for an MBC. Just tell 'em the boost you want to run...

High boost spikes, about 25-26 PSI. Re-setting the MBC was not consistant, sometimes boost was too low and sometimes it was still high. The problem was solved completely after lubing the spring and ball.

I live in Miami and temp. doesn't change too much, so I don't think low temps will cause this issue. Clean the ball and lube it pretty good.

Ya, it only takes a few minutes. I'm eager to see if that is really the problem.

Ive tried contacting Mike more than a few times, and no replies at all! Im surprised either one of them have posted here about these issues with this mbc. They know this is a common problem. I was told by Mike to contact him if i ever had this issue and i get no responses at all. Ill probl end up taking this mbc off and buying a hallman or something else bc i need to get this fixed soon!!

I'm telling you bro, don't get rid of the UNOS. Once cleaned and lubed, its the best on the market. Also, don't forget about the possible o2 housing problem. Are you just hoping and telling yourself it couldn't be that issue?

It might be the o2 but, like i mentioned the boost doesnt adjust properly when i turn it down, seems like its getting stuck, its giving me crazy spikes causing me hit fuel cut just like how others here have experienced
