Forge has awesome customer service!! I got my mbc fixed with no questions asked. Mike even offered to replace it with a new mbc at no charge...

APRIL FOOL's!

It must be because the UNOS is a very nice unit. I have started to carry a few around with me at the reflash and dyno events because it solves most of the boost related issues 9 out of 10 times.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste, and your subliminal cries for attention will go unheard.

Damn, I did get a lot of attention. I'm only saying this... Read it clearly and understand 100%. I bought a forge mbc. It worked for three weeks, then I got the all too familiar spiking issue. I read every thread out there and the consensus was to clean and grease the unit. After four attempts to clean and grease the mbc, it did not fix my problems 100%. I would still get some spikes 3 out of 10 times per say. Mike would not respond to my PM's on top of this. So everyone on here got mad at me for causing problems with
Forge and bad mouthing them. Of course I'm going to say bad things about a defective product! The only solution was to ship it back to the vendor I bought it off of. After finally speaking to someone from Forge, Mike said he wouldn't help me because I didn't buy it directly from Forge. I had no choice. To me, this is not fantastic customer service. It actually sucks. So now, of course I'm pissed at Forge. They made a poor product. (Any unit that needs servicing right out of the box is poor!) I never said that the forge unit didn't work well when it did in fact work. I just know that my particular unit was defective. I now run my Hallman once again without any problems. Throughout all of this, I'm just trying to see how all of you guys say that Forge's customer service is great? Nobody would even talk to me about my problem. How is this great customer service? If I had a defective Buschur or Vishnu or Works product, I know for a fact that I'd get at least some communication. Not a thread saying, "Here are your options... Keep it and clean it or send it in for a refund. But you cannot send it in if you didn't buy it directly from us. There is nothing else we can do."

If you bought it from a vendor here, return it to the vendor so they can return it to Forge. I highly doubt the unit is defective.

As far as I can read YOU are the sole person that has this "problem".

Or send it back to my attention to the address listed below along with a note referrencing this and the cc number you want the refund to be applied to. Also, a copy of the original reciept would be helpful, not needed mind you, but at least the total paid.

Forge Motorsport Inc.
attn: Angel Robles
6536 Pinecastle Blvd
Suite 'C'

USA

I would be suprised if it were the Unos myself, but it's within the realm of possibility.... either way, you aren't happy, and we will make right.

I have posted before and I accept that there was a problem with your Unos , in mitigatrion we have sold over 8,000 of these now worldwide , with very few problems , the product is endorced and sold worldwide ( and the USA ) by very respected vendors , however you should have received better service word go .
If you are not 100% happy with your Forge product you can return it to Forge or contact your Forge /reseller /vendor for a full refund , and we will in turn do the same to the reseller you purchased from , we offer a " no hassle " warranty service world wide that should have been upheld

Well, I must say that this is a hell of a lot better than the other guy did. I wish I would've talked to you in the first place.
