anyone run a shearer 50 trim?

I don't believe they were even tuning on straight pump gas. We have made 460whp on a DSM with straight pump on the same turbo. However at 20psi on pump, 400whp should be obtainable.

Not all 50 trims are ball bearing, in fact, only recently have they become available in ball bearing from Garrett. Turbonetics has offered there "dual ball bearing" cartridges for some time, but I've never had any luck with them. The 360 degree standard thrust bearing cartridges we get from PTE have held up better for us. As far as I know only Ourselves, AMS, and Buschur are offering turbo kit with PTE's turbos, which are Garrett based turbos.
