I was wondering what the max power potential will be on 93+ meth for an EVO equipped with AEM EMS, speed density, HKS 280's, stock cylinder head, stock intake manifold, stock t-body, BR Race FMIC upgrade, full intercooler piping, AMS 2.3L bottom end (8K RPM redline), GT35R, and like 30-35 PSI boost?

Power with a GT37R???

Bear in mind the car will not be tuned for C16, but consider the limiting factor being 93+ Meth

580 whp maybe, 680whp with the 37R.

yeah, around 580-600...depending on the size of your meth nozzle

 

550-600 depending how much risk you are willing to take. You would hate for the whole combo to take a crap just because race gas wasn't used. Ivey ran 32 psi on a stock block 35R combo, but most won't run over 27-28psi it's up to you.

we did 688awhp on a customer evo 5 using an HKS GT3540 kit, JUN 2.2stroker and motec. we were running at only 2bar and on pump gas 96octane.

He will be using a stroker...again it's all about risk every tuner will tell you something different, alot of it is personal preference.

 

again, depending on what size meth nozzle....race gas almost won't be effective.

Good question, especially on 96 octane, 2bar is what, 28 psi or so?

Impossible with that sized turbo no matter how efficient your heads or your camshaft is... 96 octane???? 2 bar's 30 psi... on that turbo you'll be making 620 wheel but thats on C16..not pump gas..
