Buschur 20G-9 vs HKS 2835R

Can anyone tell me how the two compare to each other (spool time .. max whp ... ect)

I know the HKS 2835R is supose to be rated at 420hpish ... and that its supose to spool abut 300rpms later then stock .. My friend at BOSS (www.apboss.com) highly reccomended the 2835R ... but its expensive as ****. It also seemed to me the the 20G-9 from Buschur was making about the same power (someone correct me if im wrong) and is a lot less $

Those HKS hits are sweet, but it seems like an easy decision. 20G-9 turbo makes more power, spools quicker, retains stock appearance, and costs ~1/3-1/4 depending on where you get it.

If I went with HKS it would have to be the 3037 or bigger.

Agreed, the Buschur 20g-9 is a much better choice.

I haven't seen any turbo kit from HKS that wasn't outclassed in price/performance ratio by a kit offered by respected fabricators that post here. The Buschur 20G-9 is the no brainer choice in this case. If you can spend the balance, put that money toward additional upgrades that will allow you to get the most from it.
