i want to get a petition together to see if we can't convince FP to design a turbine housing that bolts up to the Twin Scroll Stock Evo manifold with there 44mm wastegate port .
From the testing i've done the ported and coated evo manifold can floe enough to support at gt35 at about 34psi.
If they were to do this they would corner the market for the ultimate direct replacement turbo.
Who's with me lets get this going.
NOTE: I KNOW THE GT TURBO'S ARE NOT TWIN SCROLL THE DESIGN OF THE INLET ONLY CREATES A MINOR RESTRICTION OF LESS THAN 1CFM. IT WOULD BE A THERE CUSTOM TURBINE HOUSING WITH A TWIN SCROLL FLANGE.

Few companies have the resources and ability to do the design, Good thing FP already has the design all they have to is change the flange.
Cost.... that's why no one has done it yet.
The tolerances needed between the turbine housing and the turbine wheel are very tight. Get it wrong and it'll work like crap. Just look at the ATP kits.

I believe Precision turbo has garrett turbos that bolt to the eclipse manifolds? My friend with the 1G is running a 50 trim and I thought it bolted to his stock manifold, could be wrong.... http://www.precisionturbo.net/turboc...tegory_id=3024
If so why couldnt someone make to work with the evo, boy would that relieve alot of headaches! but yea im sure cost has a lot to do with it, r&d time, casting, etc...

It also has to do with Turbo placement, the twin scroll turbo on the Evo is reverse rotation. You'd have to reroute the gasses in the turbine housing to get the wheel to spin the right way....
