Please Help, Walbro fuel pump Noise / BOV Flutter (Sputter) at low boost

HELP!!! I just bought a Walbro 255lph fuel pump from buschur racing about 6 or 7 months ago. about two weeks ago i first noticed that if i pushed on the gas just enough to slowly have my turbo kick in that once it got above 10 psi the blow off valve would start fluttering and then after about 2 seconds of that i would lose all boost. BUT if i have it WOT pedal to the floor it will hold full 21psi all the way to 7500.
Well then yesterday i stopped at my friends and left my car running, when i got out of the car i could hear this high pitched noise coming from under the rear of the car, sounded just like a fuel pump going out. i turned the car off restarted it and it was still there. so i began to drive it home and the noise went away after about 2 minutes. i drove it for about 2 hours after that with no noise. well this mornign i started it up and it is back.

1.Could my 6 month old Walbro 255lph fuel pump be going out already?
2. is the fluttering possibly connected to the noise?

Ok just a FYI here is what i have done to my car
2005 Evo 8Spiking at 22 psi, holding about 20 to 21psi
BR Stage 1 and 2 kitBR Stage 3 front RACE mount intercooler
BR lower intercooler pipe. so my BR Manual boost controller is 'T' into the BOV Small hose that goes from the BOV to the Intake.
Forge BOV from BR. ( i have tried all the springs and spacers, does the fluttering no matter what spring or what spacer/spacers) Yes i have tried all the combinations or springs and spacers, i had alot of spare time.

Please someone help

1. those walbro fuel pumps are noisier than sin. Are you sure thats not how its always sounded? My car is stripped and I hear that thing wining over everything.

2. flutter - no offense but is the bov installed correctly? If its on backwards, you'll get some fluttering.

I can hear my fuel pump whine over my exhaust at idle. It's fairly noisy.

Is this the valve you have or is the older non RS type?

yes I know it just started doing this. It is so loud you can hear it about a block away and it has never done this before.
As far as the BOV, I have had it on for about 5 months, it has never done this before until my clutch went out. when i pulled it into the shop and did the clutch i also installed the BR lower intercooler pipe and the BR front mount RACE intercooler. That is when i had to 'T' into the BOV line. I use to have the RED spring in and was only pushing 21psi ( I know..."the red spring is for 30+ PSI" but i was told by Jarad at BR to use that one and it worked awesome.) But now after driving it today I am wondering if may be my turbo going out. I have narrowed it down to these:

Turbo
Fuel Pump
Vacuum leak
The way I have the manual boost controllers line 'T' into the BOV

Any suggestions will be helpful. I have been a mechanic for quite a while but when it comes to turbo systems, I am pretty much in the dark

this is how i have my BOV set up. The line that 'T' into the line for the BOV is the line that goes to my Manual Boost Controller, that use to go to the nipple on the stock lower intercooler pipe

the whine is normal, and so is the fluttering no matter which spring you use. if you dont want any flutter get a 1G bov and crush it, or a jdm mr bov. every bov i,ve used fluttered including the forge rs(newer one with the ratchet adj.)

the only reason i am concerned about the fluttering is because it didnt do it until i installed the exedy twin disc clutch, BR lower intercooler pipe and the BR front mount RACE intercooler. and if i let the car build boost slowly once it hits 10 psi to 15 psi the fluttering starts and then after about 2 or 3 seconds of fluttering i loose all my boost. but it holds boost fine if i floor it, WOT. 21 psi all the way to 7500rpm. i use to be able to slowly build boost. kind of annoying that i cant give it a little boost like 15psi jsut enough to toy with people. now its either drive little i am driving a chevy cavalier or floor it and drive like i am in a F14 fighter jet.

once i get the stage 5 kit from BR on and i am able to run 10's to 11's the licence plates on my car will read "V8 killa"

if it didnt flutter before than you might have reinstalled something incorrectly, check everything again. If your not sure do a search, there are a million threads about bov installations with upgraded piping etc.

btw put back your stock bov, you should have never changed it to begin with unless your running very high boost
