Can't wait to get it... it will probably be a while tho. It's kind of depressing not having my EVO.. the weather is so nice right now. Not to mention going from an EVO to a Tacoma is a huge change... it takes me 5-10 minutes longer to get to work

Hey, I just want to say a few things, like 4 years ago I was using turbo from tc.com that they had put together and I never had any problems with them. I've also sold some fo these turbos and people are running them with no problem. I'm not saying it was or was not an engineering or assembly flaw, but it also could have been something random. Maybe something off the inside of your filter broke off and got caught in there?? Have you contacted turbochargers.com? Send me an e-mail direct at steve@nolimitmotorsport.com and I'll see if I can talk to tc.com and see if they can do anything. Maybe you can send it to them for them to check it out. As far as I know they are not in the business to screw people ya know? I cant check evoM during the day so pelase send me that e-mail and hopefully I can get something done for you.

-Steve

I wish I could say something... however, I thought David was already taking care of him... I'd definitely go with the Forced Performance unit given the choice.

hmmm talked about beaters the other day with my friend also... hondas are the way to go. haha hwen you have a beater though... sometimes it eliminates hte purpose of having a luxery car (my friend's problem) but it's totally useful for a monster car lik ethe evo that you take out to have fun.

Well I still haven't heard anything back as to why the turbo failed but here is another picture of my sad EVO.

I'll have new rotors/pads/ss lines/tires on within the next week or so still won't have a running car tho

There is a vendor on here that has a BR 20G-9-5 in stock.. I'm thinking hard about just buying it while I wait so I can have the car back up and running.

Yea it's "on the way" but I have no ETA or anything. I would buy it because the car has almost been down a month and I'd really like to drive it

Well it was supposed to ship yesterday so I'm really hoping it did this time... I'm almost afraid to ask if it actually did ship because I don't want to be disappointed.

As you can see I'm all ready to get this thing installed for a 3rd time...
