More Boost issues for me.... help if you can im lost.
Clean your MAF with alcohol and a q-tip. Dont listen to people who say that an SAFC is better than a flash. They do not have an understanding of how either of them work or they wouldnt have made such an uneducated statement. There is more to tuning than just adjusting your a/f ratio.

Beefyevo,
I have been running my car at much higher levels of boost and much higher rpms just over 8000rpm with stock studs. I think you are over stressing your issues.
You should be OK.
As far is your Hallman issue hiting only 20psi, I just don't understand that part, have you change your heavy duty spring already?, the Hallman comes with a set of two springs, you are probably running the soft one which allows you to run about 20psi.
Change it to the heavy duty and you should be able to re adjust the boost to higher levels.
As per your fuel cut, your car should be able to run a bit more boost before hits fuel cut.
Carlos

Beefy, you get the flash from Dynoflash, not Buschur. You don't need to call either. Just send your ECU to Dynoflash, and you'll get it back the day after it arrives. The instructions are on the site...
