You cant beat it, thats why they are so great.

However, $75 is not a lot and for some people having that little addition of the support bracket like the stock 02 has, its worth it. For me its not and I mentioned why in my previous post.

you know, come to think of it after looking at where the "welded" piece is on the invidia, it looks like a place for a EGT sensor. look at how small the hole is when you look at it from the inside of the housing. now look at the size of the O2 sensor. BIG difference wouldnt you agree??

I would like to have the support bracket. I don't like the thin DP threaded mounts. I would put a nut on top of the flange to add more threads. I have an ebay o2 housing that works great. Except for the missing support bracket. If I ever have trouble with it I will go this route or just port my stock cast one.

I love Invidia. I had a full TBE on my STi and loved it, great quality. I have a full TBE now on my Evo and again, pure satisfaction. I might do their headers and this 02 housing down the road so I've got a full Invidia exhaust system...

you guys if you're worried about the o2 sensor, just solder in some wire and cover up the entire solder job with large id heat shrink. you can even get fnacy and buy the right color wire with all the money you're saving.

as far as id goes. what is most important is that it's BIGGER. mate this with teh invidia downpipe and you got yourself a very smooth flowing piece (custom o2 gasket) that will definitely get your some gains.

works has also done their own testing and so has buschur. o2s make power. they make BOLT ON SPOOL, and they make TUNED top end. this is for sure. and both are important.

Wow this is crazy, I got mine for $189.00.
I just got off the phone with Steve over at Hopupracing.com. He stated that Invidia requested that there O2 housing price should be higher. However I told Steve that I posted there link on this forum with there old price of $189.00. He stated to me anyone wanting this O2 housing should give him a call and he will attempt to beat any price including group buys.
Again ask for Steve. 760-942-2503
