I'm going to be running the Maxford(swain coated) with the Invidia 02(swain coated). We'll see how it goes.

Best functional choice in coatings White Lightening is not pretty, but a HUGE difference in temps over all the traditional thin "ceramic" coatings.

Well, Wheelhaus - lets not forget the full-race manifold. That things costs like a bazillion bux too I am not knocking full-race stuff. Geoff is an old friend!

i'd like to bump this with a little review.

Other than the bolts being a pain to do, the o2 sensor cord needing soldering, and the welded over bung (i guess for an egt), I also had a problem getting my downpipe to seal to the unit.

This is a 3" unit. The stock donut will not fit. Using the tapered Copper gasket (ring) that they provide, it did nothing to seal the unit and it was just a load of air coming out. It bottomed out before it ever tried to seal (megan DP).

With no other real option, i did what any half-brained person would try. I turned the ring around.... So it tapered up. this actually allowed the DP to seat against the copper ring, and sealed like a champion.

Just thought i'd make note of it for anyone else that has an issue with this part, as it was DEFINATLY not a care-free, perfectly aligned, bolt-on install.

We're still awaiting those results, I dunno wtf he is doing with that. I know he's been busy with the shootout and all. I wonder if he plans to do the testing still.

Don't know that i'm gonna feel any real difference in power, but the install and fitament has been an issue.

Gotcha. Looking forward to your impressions after you've had a chance to test it out.
