Mine is on and it is NICE! The o2 wire is a bit tight, I had to unhook the plug from the mount under the coil cover so it gave a little.

does anyone that has this installed know if you can indeed fit a wideband in the extra hole?

The hole is in the back side of the housing, I think it would be a little too tight for a sensor, but noy impossible. The hole is not threaded, its just a coin sized plate welded over the opening.

Just so you all can see in comparison. The stock is 2.25 inch and the Invidia measures a 2.75 inch opening. Might not be the 3" works unit but I will never maximize that flow capacity anyway, but an extra half inch doesn't hurt either. I did the 10.5 single with this o2 housing and it does make a difference. I have a Helix downpipe and it mounted perfectly, no need for a donut, it comes with the ring right on it, not the mention the stock support flange is the extra bonus!

The works unit i have worked on measured @ 2.850". If it was a 3.000 i.d., then the donut gasket wouldnt have anything to sit over, as the id of the donut gasket is ~3.005

I just got off the phone with Invidia...

They said that it is a 3" ID and that it should bolt up to any exhaust. I dont see how though considering the works wont though...

I posted this on another thread...

Invidia 02 housing pics:

DC downpipe pics:

The DC downpipe mates nicely with the invidia 02 housing. As seen above, the donut gasket is attached to the invidia and the use of stock one is no longer necessary!

Hope this helps!

i was thinking about purchasing this but I just noticed the built in donut gasket. I have an ultimate racing DP and it doesnt retain the use of the donut gasket? does anyone have this with an ultimate racing DP?

That o2 housing looks very well made. I always like Invidia products. I don't want to create a false sense of quality but I had the oportunity to buy Abners(Slowevo) Helix 2.25" o2 housing for really cheap. I could have also buy the ebay version but ...

How many of you actually read something about the installation and reliability of this products? How many of you know that some ebay o2 housing lack of support bracket making the entire downpipe assembly to swing during acceleration putting huge stress on even the header?

Please don't get me wrong, I have seen the dynos of those things making crazy power, I am just saying just be aware that sometimes quality built is a priority.

Works spent 18 months making 30 plus templets, they tested them for reliability and perfect support not to mention it is a 3" all the way.

My summary is:

I love Invidia products
the price is competitive
just watch out for that thin bracket support

The thin bracket support should be much less of a problem considering there is a support bracket. It still looks thicker than what the stock downpipe uses. I would say run it or bust. Looks like a great piece and it will be on my wish list. I would LOVE to see before and after. If a vendor wants to hook me up with one I will provide before and after dynos exclusive for them to use and sell the piece.
