Boosting 12lbs.....??

Yes i searched, and i found some but not anything that is similar to my case. I did everything the same as i normally do, start up, let it warm up, on and on. My 03 was boosting just fine and i even took it to redline a couple times boosting at 19 tapering to 18 as set on my Greddy Profec B spec 2. After i got gas i was driving and i boosted full boost and it didnt seem like it pulled hard at all. I look at my boost gauge, and it says i'm only boosting 12 pounds. WTF. I pull over and check my lines for leaks, rips, and for a possible line disconnection. Nothing. My mods are 264 cams, cam gears, cone intake, tb exhaust, greddy boost controller ^^^, and some other thigns that woudlnt really have anything to do with it. The cars seems fine, no idle issues or anything. Has this ever happened to anyone or does anyone have any advice as to what i can do/check to find out the problem??

Check all of your wiring. Make sure the boost controller is still turning on and make sure the solenoid is still connected. If any of those wires are not connected your boost controller will not be able to control boost and you will run wastegate pressure.

Yea i did check my solenoid to make sure it was still connected. The boost controller still comes on and everything looks to be working in order.

If you know someone that has a mbc, connect it and see you still boost 12 psi that way you can rule out your ebc
