Will ApexI sell their Power FC for the Evolution 8..I am only wondering this because.. I want to keep three differnt fuel maps of the car...

1 to be set at 10 psi... 2nd one to be set at 15 psi..and third one to be set at 22 psi...and i wanted to change frequently b/t these two..so i was looking for a way to do this and was wondering if ApexI will producue this.. thanks for the info..

 

Your tuning shouldn't really change with the boost pressure unless you are also changing fuels.

 

Well, the PFC is already out for the EVO7.. so it will be updated for the evo8 im sure.. It is one of the options i may go with eventually.

 

I had the PFC on my RX-7. The unit itself will only allow (2) different boost settings. These setting however are for strictly boost which means that your fuel/timing maps stay the same.

You could have as many different maps as your little fingers would like but you would have to get the datalogit. This would also mean breaking out a laptop every time you wanted to change maps.

I'd look into it further before just buying one once available.

How are you gonna set it a 10psi? What psi is the wastegate spring, I assumed it would be over 10, with a 19psi max.
