Which is better, ARC intake or HKS RS?

i have the rs intake. its a good intake. just as long you keep up with the maintenance of the filter, your golden.
Ttp so your saying the the filter the yellow one is causing the lean? not the actual piping? why not just change to another mushroom filter like the triple dry?
