It won't run any better or worse. You need a tune now, and you'll need a tune then - no differenc really.

Do you already own these parts? If not, then don't buy them. If so, then you might as well install them since the money has already been wasted. Just be sure to get tuned soon.

well i am in the process of ordering some other parts also, HKS RS intake, RSP clutch, up in the air about 6 puck or full face disc, and i'm currently looking to get 272/264 GSC cams, just looking for a few more opinions and than they'll be ordered, once i get all that stuff, thats when i plan on getting a tune, which is probably like 3-4 weeks away. i just have this IC sitting here and wondering if i can install it without any problems or not.

Thanks man!

Sure, go ahead and toss it on. It won't throw your tune off like an intake.

The HKS RS intake is one of the best intakes, but I don't consider it worth the money. However, it would fall in line with your tendency to spend money unnecessarily. The GSC cams are great (any combo), and the 272i/264e combo works well on the 10.5 hotside Evos. You can get the full set for $440 shipped from Total D. I don't think you need an RPS clutch, but that's up to you. I recommend the Exedy Stg 2 4-puck ($950 shipped from Total D) or the Exedy Twin HD ($1475 shipped from Total D).

Then, get yourself a Dynoflash!
