for the last couple day that I try to lanched my car, after the first lanched then I cannot rev my car above 5k rpm.
Then after I wait for about 5 minutes then I can do it again.

There's a built-in 5k limiter. It's been discussed countless times on here.

No, it does not go away after 5 minutes - it's always there as long as you are stationary.

 

Well at least on an 06 Evo 9 Warr, the rev limiter is only on when the car is stationary, AND the clutch is depressed. If the clutch is not depressed and the car is at a dead stop, you can rev it all the way to the 8k fuel cutoff.

 

Of course, it's the same for all 05s and 06s, but who can launch without the clutch depressed (and in gear)? That fact goes without saying. The key is that if you have the clutch depressed and are moving slightly, it doesn't activate.

 

warr i think he means with the clutch not depressed all the way to the floor,just enough to get it in gear(depending on your pedal adj. of course)

Mrmefodman, fwiw, your Evo doesn't have this built-in 5k limiter and has no limiter unless you have a flash.
