Was this on C16 or some other race gas? Just seems like 30psi would be a bit high on pump gas. Either way sounds like its a monster.

The line at 6k is just a marker to tell you that at 5900rpm you are making 487.24 hp and 430.38 lb-ft of torque. If you use the left and right arrows (on the dynojet software) it will move that line all along the rpm range and tell you exactly how much power you made at each point along the rpm scale.

Ummm, not so much.

Will the car run reliably for a long time as long as proper care is taken and the car is not abused ... yes

Will it hold up just as long as a stock car ... nope

2x the horsepower = 2x the load on EVERY PART of the bottom end and a LOT of additional heat that must be dissipated by the radiator and oil cooler.

Bottom line is that, all things being equal, the 500hp motor will NOT last as long as the stock setup. It's just the laws of physics coming back to screw you over.

If you were to upgrade the radiator and oil cooler, as well as use a better oil, you might be able to achieve the same longevity, but I doubt it.

Edit: Don't get me wrong, the car will likely run fine for a very long time, it just won't be for as long as if it were still stock. Anybody ever seen a 500whp Evo with 100k miles on the original stock bottom end? I doubt it.

Fun fun car to drive.
Customer requests certain HP over normal, I will try my best to deliver, although there is a warning/disclaimer that goes along with that.
It's a reasonable risk to take and quite a few cars are over the 500hp power level (Stock bottom end) including mine that has been raced in over a standing mile with no issues.

Nice numbers! How much would you benefit from a stroker on that setup? I am thinking around 500-700rpm sooner spool and 15% wtq & 10% whp.

Here is a (motor) dyno from a 2.2 stroker with a similar setup(but with a gt3542r) that you have:

Oh so that isn't a chassis dyno? What kind of dyno?
I notice that isn't on 93 octane i see 99 octane?

hard to really make out a comparison.
