Last Saturday i changed my plugs on my IX. I had around 5600 miles. They were in a very good shape, no signs of engine trouble.

I changed them with the stock units again. My car produces 344whp on a dyno dynamics, i use 23psi spike on 93 and i have boosted the car up to 30psi on C16.

The stock plugs work perfectly.... Why change them???

If you want a good proce on these plugs and they have them in stock, go to www.sparkplugs.com. Got them like 52 dollars shipped...

Lancershop, i ordered them like two months i go and still didn't get them, until last week when i canceled the order...

According to NGK Techs, the two plugs are the same except for two minor differences.
ILFR7H - OEM GAPPED AT .024" PLATINUM TIPPED ELECTRODE
LFR7AIX - SAME DIMENSIONS, GAPPED AT .028" (WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED) AND ELECTRODE IS NOT PLATIMUM TIPPED.
Difference is the OEM will last longer and will not need to have the gap adjusted. For a difference of $4 a plug, you can adjust the gap and change it at 20K, instead of 30K. Sparkplugs.com has both, I went with the LFR7AIX at $7.99 and just re-gapped them.

I would say the stockers with some tweaking of the gap and you'll be fine.....
