actually we just cut the flange off our honda manifold, welded a 4g63 flange on and suprisingly everything worked

 

Looks very similar to the 42R set up we are doing for the "PINKS" EVO.

 

Are you joking about the aluminum exhaust? AL melts at 1220deg.

 

I hope your exhaust gas isn't 1220 degs 4-5+ Ft from the turbo...

not joking we've sold over quite a few honda systems already and nothing but great results...BIG weight savings...whole system weighs 10-11lbs..

 

Not to mention expands rather quickly under heat+pressure.

 

I believe I have seen you post on Honda Tech. Great looking system. Are you guys tuning the Motec?

I believe that is a Air to Water intercooler, I think it just goes from the turbo>air/water intercooler>intake manifold.



Edit: are you talking about the thing with the blue caps? Cause I don't see anything between the intercooler and intake manifold..
