actually we just cut the flange off our honda manifold, welded a 4g63 flange on and suprisingly everything worked

I hope your exhaust gas isn't 1220 degs 4-5+ Ft from the turbo...

not joking we've sold over quite a few honda systems already and nothing but great results...BIG weight savings...whole system weighs 10-11lbs..

I believe that is a Air to Water intercooler, I think it just goes from the turbo>air/water intercooler>intake manifold.



Edit: are you talking about the thing with the blue caps? Cause I don't see anything between the intercooler and intake manifold..
