not joking we've sold over quite a few honda systems already and nothing but great results...BIG weight savings...whole system weighs 10-11lbs..
OK, I can see that it may not be a problem at that distance. I was under the impression that the down pipe was AL as well. May not be a problem there either as the turbo does suck alot of heat out of the exhaust it just seemed like a risky proposition, but I'm glad to see it's working out for you guys. It looks like a very nice piece.

Edit: are you talking about the thing with the blue caps? Cause I don't see anything between the intercooler and intake manifold..
Yep. We have a winner. Should help spool the ihi tcw77p20 turbo that is at the core of that setup much quicker by eliminating all that piping. Should make about 600awhp on a Mustang at 34psi with pretty quick spool. That was gonna be my time attack set up, but I went straight drag racing. My buddy will be putting that on his car soon so I'm very excited to see how that turns out.

The guys at AZ-FI are very experienced fabricators. They have been building high quality turbo kits for a number of years for Honda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi applications when they were employed by another vendor. P**kBoost.

I can't see any pics! Are they still posted? My computer?

Nevermind, it was my computer. Wow...nice setup. How in the HELL did you get the 4" to fit with the AC compressor still in there? Can you show a pic of where the downpipe goes...would really appreciate it.

You have to use a VERY tight radius 4" bend. It is close...about 1/4" but clears and makes the dp very clean and simple looking

aluminum sheds heat rather rapidly, wouldnt it be better to use stainless steel to keep the heat in the exhaust where it should be?
