A good rule of thumb is your drivetrain is warmed up once your engine oil is warmed up, but usually under the assumption that you're not just idling, but actually driving around to warm everything up.
+1 on the warm up

Most athletes dont take the field or court and go ***** out without warming up first. Why not apply that to your car. Only seems logical.

There are some gears/shafts spinning even while in neutral idling, so the tranny fluid does warm up a small amount while the engine is warming up. It is probably best to be easy on the drivetrain for the first 5 minutes of driving (no 6k dumps!)

Move the shifter back and forth left to right in neutral as fast as you can for a good 2 or 3 minutes, that should do the trick.

yeah, i'd consider 90 degrees ambient, warmed up for about any fluid.

sure, you don't start and go out and drop the clutch, you run a few laps at lower speed, gotta heat the tires up.

Youch! Keep in mind the 6 speed MR tranny is alot weaker (structurally) than the 5 speed.
