Most athletes dont take the field or court and go ***** out without warming up first. Why not apply that to your car. Only seems logical.

yeah, i'd consider 90 degrees ambient, warmed up for about any fluid.
sure, you don't start and go out and drop the clutch, you run a few laps at lower speed, gotta heat the tires up.

Youch! Keep in mind the 6 speed MR tranny is alot weaker (structurally) than the 5 speed.
