What is the problem? You are seeing slightly less than stock boost on a stock Evo. What else do you want? If you want to raise boost, get an MBC.

Btw, Sirius is satellite radio...

Have you gone on a dyno or to the track to verify? It may just feel slow in the heat of summer. You need to verify that you really are not making any power while boosting. Otherwise, we can't really help you buy guessing...

there may not be too many Dyno's in his area... if there is a dealer near you take it in, all you have is a catback on an 05', you should have your warranty...

there is some dynos

chack the duty cycle of injectros, chack all didnt fine any problems.. all looks normal

and they chack all the vacum line all the waste gate the boost solonoid..

and its summer heat that make the car slow , its like realy realy slow

i mean its goes like an atmospheric car like theres no turbo at all

hard to explain but it feels like the car just dont have power i mean like half than usualy its realy realy not pulling

Hit the dyno to verify and try to log timing and boost while on the dyno. This will help us see where the problem is.

Check your cat, part of it is probably busted up and wedged in the rest of it blocking off the exhaust real good.

Pull it off and inspect it with a fash flash light, or replace it with a test pipe and see if that clears up your problem.

Other than that, no clue, I would think you would see a boost leak on your gauge, but I guess it depends on where it is plumbed.

No, a boost leak wouldn't cause what you said. It would just cause the turbo to work harder than normal and overheat while trying to maintain the normal boost levels, thus causing knock and less power.

Did this start happening all of a sudden? Or has it been a slow degradation of power?
