Tomei Ehx. Mani - pictures

Finally got my exhaust manifold from Tomei.
Since I seem to be the only one here with this part, here are some pics:

What's included... all sorts, incl. anti-sieze. I got the heat shield as well. Dunno how that's going to fit with the heat wrap. We'll see....

Here's the manifold. Note the individual pipes are castings welded together. They're all profiled for some reason. Plus, they've got these holes (with the hex bung) between the left and right pair.

Another view.

Another one from the underside. More profiling. Again, I don't really know if this makes any difference.

Bung removed

The little hole connects to the big hole into which the bung fits

And one more, for luck...

Actually got it for around 100,000JPY =~ 870USD. Not the cheapest around, but from the looks, it's appears to be good so far.

I think it's somekind of Japanese thing. A combo between extreme and supreme? They're strange like that. I remember a mosquito repellent called ARS when I was there...

I think the bung hole is for using anti-lag.

^ think so. I have the same holes on my stock mani with some tubes going into them. This should fit exactly.

i will perhaps be needing some tp for my bung hole also.

Dunno. The wrap came with it, along with the clips and everything. And a heat shield.

Honestly not to hate or anything but the welds don't look all that good. And is this going on a stock turbo???

Well at if you paint that shield you can tell the dealer it's stock

Wow, that's a nice piece. I had the Megan manifold and it definitely help in the spool of the turbo. I really like how your piece is made with a heat sheild.
