This question was so much easier to answer for a 2G DSM since the weak points of the car stood out like sore thumbs. On the Evo though, I'm having a harder time deciding. So far my mods are: HKS RS intake, Megan 3" TBE, Walbro 255 pump, Greddy profec B @21psi, and a dynoflash reflash to match.
Now, I'm thinking Meth kit, Intercooler Kit, or Cams. I will be getting reflashed to match whichever mod I do. Which one do you guys think will give the best bang for the buck?

Definitely meth or cams. Your stock intercooler is already a great piece. I personally would go with cams, but it's up to you.

 

Cams, then meth and tune. If you can do them all at the same time then that is even better. You can get your cams installed and wait and do meth and tune at the same time to save you some money.

 

I would say GSC cams($500+), Ebay O2($70), ported 10.5 HS($220) and tune.....Meth later.
