pluging hole in intake for vta?

right now i have like 5 layer of duck tape stacked together with no sticky sides on the piping because it would melt and get nasty. i have basicly a super super thick piece of duck tape over the whole and clamped down with one of those hose clamps and it works fine no problems for 2 months now.

what i want to know is what i can use that will be a little safer and not look ghetto haha.

Or you could just use the whole for its intended purpose and recirculate like normal people

i knew a few DSM guys that use a film canister to plug the hole, but i guess that still would look sort of ghetto, better than tape though.

when I had a vta i used a turbo xs kit which was made for a 3000 GT that came with a plug made of alluminium it was a perfect fit on the stock intake pipe. I believe it ran me about 10 - 15 dollars.

But no one can toooon for a kew sounding bov that wastes metered air to the atmosphere (VTA) . The "WOW" was for just the ignorance of how MAF set-up work and what happines when a VTA is used . It been covered 1000000 times .

obviously you dont have a clue as to what my plans are for this car. just to let you know why im running vta, its not because i want to its because i didnt get a recirc kit when i bought it. Im not gonna being using the type s for very long eather. by then end of this year i will have aem ems and a maf delete kit along with pistons, rods, gt30 or something like this, and a cosworth head. so yes it will be toooonedd for vta....
