I have searched and found a few threads, but not an exact answer.

Does the DC Downpipe fit the IX. I have seen in a few sigs where people say they have them, and fit. But I have also read were they fit the IX but not the MR
I read on 1 thread were you need to install an extra washer at the o2 housing for it to fit? Is it true...

i have installed them on the evo ix and evo ix mr.... also evo VIII MR...

they fit fine, kind of close, but no rattling...

the only mods i made were to add a shim at each mounting point on the front lower chassis tie brace.

otherwise its an excellent dp, one of the best for the money.

I install the DC dp on my EVO 9 RS, and it can not cleared ! It rattling big time, I went to muffler shop, they modify the dp and put washer on the chassis tie brace to fit in perfect ! $80 extra cost for me !!

 

I installed the DC DP on my EVO 9 MR with no problems at all. it cleared just fine.

 

My buddy with a regular Evo9 has it on his and he mentioned he had no problems with it.
