CEL Fix problem, please help!!

Ok, so I installed my Perrin down pipe and cat delete today with the O2 Simulator. Even with this CEL fix, I am still getting the CEL light. I have a EVO IX MR. The light on the simulator is flashing (which I think means the + and - are in there right. I had the simulator spliced in on the white wire and then the blue one (even though the blue was supposed to be ground, I found that the black one was.) If anyone has had this problem or anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you in advance for anyones advice!

Did you use it on the EVO IX? I am not sure it is the O2, but what else could it be because there was no problem until I just installed this...

THat is what I thought... Like I said though, the wiring seems to be different because the black wire seemed to be my ground and not the blue one... (That is what I found when I tested it with a test light).

CEL Fix / O2 Simulator on IX

Has anyone installed one of these (especially the Perrin one) on a EVO IX? If so, can you tell me how you wired it? The wiring on the IX seems to be different than the VIII and I am having trouble figuring it out from the instructions. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance!

This is a brand new EVO IX though with 2200 miles. The O2 sensor should not need replacing.

So this anti-fouler will get rid of the CEL? How does it work? How much are they?
