Im looking to get a 2.3 stroker motor but im not looking to spend a million dollars at ams. roughly how much did you pay and does anyone no of any places round the chicago area that do that stuff such as ams strictly, apm....

Great read for a new evo owner! Especially one that works at a Toyota engine factory. Your attention to detail is OEM-like.

 

I just spent the last 20 minutes reading most of the posts, very interesting thread.

Would have liked much more pics following the project, but the car was gone in less than a year. The thread starts out with so much force that one expects tons of pics will follow,but that was not the case. I did notice it seems a little annoying how many ask again and again when a bigger turbo, when more boost, when more hp, etc.

Thanks for sharing your project, two years after it was done, lol!
