JUN Cams and the stock valvetrain

Ready to get JUN cams. Has anyone encountered any issues with these cams on the stock valvetrain.

Also considered revolvers.

you will definitely need to upgrade the valvetrain. The lift of these cams are too aggressive.

More like the ramp profile is too agressive. They open really fast (in laymans terms) compared to the stock cam lobe profile. In any event....

Yes, you need to upgrade the springs and retainers with the JUN, Piper and Revolver cams.

I have Jun 272s. They definitely can't be used with the stock valvetrain. I don't think revolvers would work either.

Your just asking to brake something. Plus your idle will be so crappy you wouldnt be able to keep your car alive be smart spend the extra $250 or so and do it the right way if you dont that $250 will turn into much more trying to get your head rebuild.
