Oil Pressure Sensor Location?

Having a small problem Oil Pressure Warning Light coming on and going off, I wanted to check the pressure/sensor first. Is this sensor the same thing as the Oil Sending Unit? I can't find a parts list of a detailed Part Schematic Page for this car.

I'm going to start by doing an oil pressure test and then swapping the sensor if all seems well with the pressure.

Anyone have a schematic of where the sensor is located in the car's engine bay?
A picture would be great too if possible.

Thanks,

Thanks,
Its on the back of the block under the TB/intake mani

look at 12-4 and 12-5 in the srevice manual , it show a good pic of it .
At idle it needs to be 4.2 psi or more and at 3500rpm you should have more than 100psi of oil presure

Here it is straight out of the manual. This is viewing the engine from the backside.

Can you splice an aftermarket Oil press gauge to that spot?

You should be able to install a "T" fitting on there with another sensor.

This is without looking at the wiring diagram but as I recall the oil pressure switch is only connected to the gauge. In other words, the ECU wants perfect tail pipe emissions but no oil pressure is okay.
