fyi guys, 33 psi is possible to run on stock block, TrinaBabe has done it, and would again. Many people push 31 no problem.

Essentially Buschur Racing is selling a 10 second 1/4 mile for $6000. $3000 for turbo kit, $3000 for clutch and FMIC; simply amazing. Super car killer.

And heres what you said a few days ago....

"Or did it blow because these motors can only run 30-31 psi stock, and it just couldn't hold? What kind of gas were you running at 31 psi?"

I haven't changed my mind about the 20g vs. the GT35R. My comment about it's going to be hard to switch back is from the thought of running 10.1's to 10.8's. It's a lot nicer saying my car runs 10.1 than it is to say it runs 10.80's. No change of heart and the car is going to go back to the 20g, when I am done trying to go fast, so it is going to be later than I had said. I really feel stupid trying to justify what I said.........both comments are correct. Get off my backside

As far as daily drivers not being daily drivers because they run 30+ psi and are at the dragstrip, BULLCRAP. If you can't run 30 psi on a daily basis check your combination of parts and goals with the car. It's easier to do by the day. Daniel's car was running 93 octane and our alky kit, 30-31 psi, everyday and ran 10.8 at 131 mph. Unlike many of our customers or the guys that just read EVOM and rarely race their cars we are at the race track with something atleast once a week. Hell there are weeks we are at the track 3 days a week. That's just a matter of what you like to do with your time.

We didn't take the video camera, we always forget or take it and forget it in the trailer when we take the black car.

isnt the head on this car as expensive as the gt35r kit? to claim that this car is running low 10's for basically 3gs is irrational

you already have fast cars!

Oh and yes i know that you can run 30+ psi on the streets. I just cant help to think that it isnt the safest thing to do! I think the BR stage 4 on my car is the correct combo I just have never been a fan of alchy/meth/water injection. The evo community seems to love it much more then the dsm'ers. But it is all about the hp numbers here . I just dont find it worth the risk. If you wanna go fast, that is what c16 is for!

Hella great numbers. These threads kill me because I have the money for the just about any turbo kit on the market but I have no access to a tuning GOD like those at Buschur, AMS or Dynoflash to keep my car running at tip top shape. I would want to tune a car making those numbers at least ounce every 2 months or more. I see tuners going from state to state tuning cars but when is some one gonna set up a tuning class to teach tuning and sell soft ware at these classes. I would haundreds of $ for this service think about it. $1000 for a 2 day class on tuning and soft ware with only 4-8 people+ alot of money for a tuner
