Basicaly. I mean ur using the same head, gasket, and block that u would use with that piston bore. It was never a problem with early 4g63s out of DSMs there were stroker 4g63s in America before the EVO.The 2.4L block and goin 2.4 does make the gasket look really think between cyl. walls. But that has to do with Bore NOT Stroke. So its all just a rumor, and a bad one at that.
