Does adding a fuel pump after dynaflash??
Now I am no expert, but there has been threads in the past that have said the Walbro pump will overrun the stock FPR at high RPMs thus making the tune rich up top.
The arguement being that the Walbro is capable of creating so much pressure behind the FPR that the FPR cannot regulate properly.
