just dynoed ATP 3071r 443 whp/393wtq

I just had this ATP 3071r kit dynoed and here are the results. 443whp and 393wtq. at 26.5 psi on 93-94 octane.Tuned by Team D Motorsports. Has anyone made more power with an ATP 3071r or similar smaller 30 series turbo, and small cams? Remember this is smaller than a 3076 or 3037s. Give me some feedback please. This is a non ported ATP kit. Of utmost importance, looking at the dyno graph the huge dip in power was a result of a boost cut coming in at 28 psi. The ems was set for a boost cut at 28 psi. It spiked there for a split second, and you can see the results. As you can see after that the power goes right back up.(the boost cut was removed and bumped to 32psi, but this was the last run)

I don't get it, what is up with the huge dip in power around 5200-5300RPM? Just wondering?

This is an interesting thread.

I've been considering a GT3071 or other GT30R series turbo turbo upgrade.

OH, I just threw up all my dyno charts from jan. 2004 when I first dynoed my car w/ maybe 500 miles on it. It had a intake, rmr dp, rmr exhaust, ultimate racing hi flow cat, dyno flash, and a greddy profec boost controler. I have been going to the same dyno for 3 years now and just watching the improvments...I should have dated the dyno sheets.

Thankyou, I was just trying to put it into perspective.

Those are some beastly numbers for an ATP equipped 3071.

I've seen other dyno charts in that territory and a little higher, but those
were ported with a 3076 .82.

A 100 octane tune would be interesting on your Evo.
There are quite a few stations around SoCal that sell it at the pump.

In any event your car must be a blast to drive.

I noticed in your post that you are using an AEM ems? Is this correct ?
