Ahh yes the non-meth days, so long ago. But to keep it on topic. Either pump gas or race/meth you really can't go wrong with the 3065. I run the turbo at 30psi and it seems like its not even working hard.

Plus why go with ATP, open wastegate is the shiznit.

Deadbeat, I suggest the 3065. ATPs trying to use the stock manifold just don't make near the power nor spool of other better turbos with custom manifolds. The 3065 is one bad ****...

I'm also curious what you do with all the power you make (and are going to make). You've never launched the car (amazing to me, since it's AWD), so how do you use all the power?

Holy ****, someone that may not want to drag race. He may want to roadrace, ever thought of that? Why does someone need to launch a car?

I've also been considering the 3065, but comparing it to the new 20G that Buschur is coming out with shortly. I'm going to focus my setup for pure road racing next year, and my goal is 10krpm of usable power. I don't know if the new 20G will be producing power at 10Krpm.

I have a 3065 and it doesn't make the dyno numbers but it shines at the track. At 21 psi I trap 115 and at 31 psi I trap 127. My car weighs 3440 with me in it. This is with a self tuned flash as well.

I'm running crower valvetrain and XS-Engineering 272 cams. This winter I'm going to convert to the Tomei solid lifters and 280 cams as well as building out the bottom end. I had the HKS3037 kit, I can't recommend it to anybody. Laggy and the peak hp just isn't there with a stock displacement. It might be better with a stroker kit though so I don't want to completely submarine that kit. I'm looking to fully utilize the power band all the way to 10k, but I don't want a dyno queen turbo either. I'm thinking the 3065 is perferct for what I'm looking to accomplish.

415whp is where im at on pump gas which is what i would expect from this turbo (very similar to a 35r on pump) im willing to bet at 30-35 psi that this thing will put over 500whp. Its unreal what kind of power you can get up top with these larger turbos. I dont think you will be nearly as happy with the ATP kit. Where the 3065 shines is where the ATP will lack big time. on Race gas my car will HOLD 30 psi through 8k rpms, i'd like to see a ATP 3071 kit do that. ATP makes a very restictive turbine housing. Plus like Dryad pointed out. if you want to upgrade to a 35r are year down the road or so all you have to do is change the wheel for another $800. On the outside its already a 35r.
