I just got a blitz nur spec catback, and I noticed that it goes down to 2.25 were it meets the cat. Is that little bottle neck going to affect the performace of my all except that TBE? Or should I cut the bottle neck off and redo it in 3in.

 

take it to a shop and have them cut it and reweld a 3 inch peice

 

Yeah I was thinking that I was going to cut and weld it. But does it really make that much of an power lose to cut and weld that one inch of 2.25 out of the exhaust? If I lose like 2 or 3hp I'll leave it. What you think?

it will have a little more backpressure. but it wont totally kill your performance.
