I run av gas and meth. Av gas is about .60cents more a gallon than super so its cheap enough to run all the time. Now i know somone is gonna cry about how av gas is for planes and not cars. I however have had my car dynoed with c-16, then drain and put in av gas. On the motor, the car made more power on av gas. Now, im not saying av gas is better, but it certainly dosent make less power. The numbers were 580 on c16 and 599 on av gas. With nitrous I made 691 with c16 and 689 on av gas. I have made as much as 38psi and typicaly run 134mph at the track using av gas and meth on motor with no detonation. I like using it because its so cheap and easy to get. I got a 55gallon vp drum from the track and just goto the airport every couple months and fill it up. That 11$ per gallon crap gets expensive. It is leaded though so if you run it every day like i do it will shorten your 02 sensor life. I usually get about 4000 miles on my aem sensor before it craps out.

Oh, yea, av gas has a motor octane of about 105. That 100 sunoco stuff has a motor octane of about 95.
