I would suggest testing your boost gauge against a calibrated tire pressure gauge

Many auto meter gauges are off

Your dyno sheet looks like a 19 psi power band to me

turn up the boost and see what happens

I turned it up and the car feels great now....i set it so that hit spikes to 23psi and tapers from there. Car feels so much better now. Thanks for the tip Al.
