tune with o2 housing
Probably a lot. Its a crappy job to do. Its easiest (but not necessary) to remove the radiator to access all the bolts. If you look at your engine bay then look at what you have to do youll see what I mean
I've ran the Helix for over two years now. This was when these were still pretty new to the Evolution market in the US at least. Worked wonderfully and still does to this date. As long as you have boost control you most likely don't need a retune for it but I would think that if you wanted to take maximum advantage of the modification, as with any other, a retune would be of benefit.

I installed an ebay o2 housing yesterday, and there's definitely a difference in power and I'm not tuned. The biggest thing I noticed was that the car now holds full boost until about 5500rpms before tapering off. Before my boost would begin to taper as soon as I hit peak pressure. I got the SSA one for 65 shipped, and I was really surprised how good the quality was. Install went perfect and was not difficult and time consuming like everyone claims it is, just try not to bend your radiator fins!!!
Think the stock radiator goes for around $600. I look at it this way, $10 for a container of Prestone 50/50, a couple of bucks for some distilled water to top things off with, and you have completely avoided a possible $600 bill along with who knows how much down time while doing your coolant system a favor
