Noise coming from rear end?

Car just started making a whining noise coming from rear of car only in first gear when you first let the clutch out from a complete stop only, sounds like rear brakes dragging then releasing but when I park on a hill and let off brakes with clutch in she rolls back fine and no noise. Also if you allow the clutch to slip on the same hill just enough to hold the car in place, it makes the same noise which goes away completley with clutch disengaged? Any suggestions before I take her in to the stealer?
