4" intake ok for my ix?

I was looking for a intake for my evo9, so i was looking around and stubled upon the dejon 4" hard intake pipe, would buying this intake just as good as a 3" if not better for a stock turbo setup?

I am also planning to have manifold/o2housing/and a tune, and mabye meth later..

Thanks Travis

Yes 4" intake is perfect for the stock turbo and especially with meth. You should do the 4" intake and meth first, then get a JDM IX rear bumper if you haven't already.

yeah I’ve heard, no offence but im just trying to find out if a 4" intake would be just as beneficial as a 3", i wouldn’t see why there would be a problem, besides fitment... maybe? im not sure just wanted to make sure its not gonna hurt me in the end.

Thanks, Travis

That's stg 1.34, but you don't need an intake, and a 4" intake makes no sense. Don't even touch the MAF pipe (intake-to-turbo). Keep the whole intake stock or get just a basic Buschur cone filter if you absolutely must have an intake.
