did i mess my clutch up?

i had an exedy organic for about 3-4 months and i had my friend adjust the clutch for me after the install. i hardly ever beat on my car but last week i took the rpms to around 6k and it was really hard to shift. i thought i wasnt use to it yet but it was the car it wasnt me. so i did some research and i adjusted the pedal myself, now it shifts like butter and i can shift at 6800 with no problem. i was wondering did i mess my clutch up driving around for like 3 months with the pedal not adjust properly? now i realize why the car use to bog so much on 1st gear. all those problems went away now. i never smell any clutch burnt but my car use to always bog really bad at 1st gear so im just wondering how badly will it affect my clutch?

The ammount of wear on your clutch cannot be told to you.

If you want to hear its perfect and dandy thats what i'll tell you.

However.. theres only a few things we know for sure. We know forsure that you have caused unneeded wear on your clutch.

However if it still grabs good and isnot slipping. I wouldn't worrie about it. whats done is done.. No use crying over spilt milk ya know

Ya, you cant really tell how bad you may or may not have burnt your clutch. If it still grabs in all gears, and gives you good launches then pray it continues for a long time.

i have the same clutch, and the same thing happend to me (shifting was getting really hard, and i thought it might have been my fluid, so i adjusted my clutch pedal), now it only grabs at the top point of the clutch, when its almost fully engaged.. but it holds strong in all gears. and i dyno'd with it 2 weeks ago with no problems..
