major shifting and disengagement problems, after trany pull

Ok to sum it up my spring pin for the 1st and 2nd shift rail worked its way out so i had to pull the trany. now that its all back together i have had the constant issue of 4th gear popping out and not going completely into gear most the time. now a few days later i am getting lockout on almost all my gears randomly and sometimes harder to get into gear.

i noticed lockout on 4th first and its acting like the clutch isnt disengaging. when you lightly but firmly pull it to 4th while its locked out and clutch completely pressed, you slightly creep foreword as if the clutch wasn't pressed and you were just pulling on a gear, and you can rev it up and it will pop rt in. then just about all the gears but 5th i think starting locking me out and 1st got really bad, to the point that its acting just like 4th but you cant rev it to get it in. i found if i just go threw a few other gears and press the clutch a few times it will all of a sudden not be locked anymore. on my way home from work today leaving a stop sign i had it in first with the clutch pressed all the way, started slipping it like normal and rite when my clutch was starting to grab i felt a shutter and a lite pop, didn't sound to bad. anyways i had it in first and by the time my foot was completely off the clutch pedal the car wasn't moving. so i turned it off and restarted and it was normal again...

so first i tried adjusting my clutch pedal thinking its not pushing the clutch fork in far enough and not completely disengaging. but i even tried adjusting it out to the point where it engaged rite before you foot left the pedal and that didn't fix it.

then i tried to adjust my shifting linkage by what the service manual instructions, but found out i cant adjust them even tho the service manual showed u can "but it was a MR diagram"

then loosened all my mounts but the passenger and rear, jacked the trany up and took all the slack off the motor mounts then re tightened them. while my driver side was off i checked my poppers for the shift rails and their as tight as i can get them by hand with a combo wrench.

So now i dont even want to attempt to drive my car now, and i am in need of some serious help... the only other thing i can think of is maybe a air pocket in my clutch line or bad master slave. while i had my trany apart my syncroids, gears, and forks all looked good. I replaced my clutch plate, wedge collar, and throwout bearing while i was in their. i also used oem trany fluid.

After you assembled the trans, did you ensure that you could easily shift into all gears, before installation?
