Really great times! I may have missed it, but what boost levels were you running at redline?

I do have a boost controller. I use the new Hallman boost controller, set at 20psi. It jumps to 21psi sometimes, depending on weather. At the track, like on full throttle from start to finish, the boost controller seems to be dead on. If I was to hit the gas on the highway, already crusing, the boost will spike a tiny bit then drop right back down.

I usually don't miss gears. Not just saying that, but it's rare that I miss. I was kinda suprised that I missed 2nd gear on 2 back to back runs. I had a Sparco shift knob on, and I felt it spin a little bit on shifts, so after the 2nd run, I threw the stock knob back on, and everything was fine. Lucky that I kept the stock one in the glove compartment

I was shifting the car between 6800 and 7000rpm. The 1-2 shift happens at 7000. The 2-3 shift is at 6800 to 6900. The 3-4 shift happens at 7000rpm. Car finishes at or very VERY close to redline (7000) in 4th at a hair >110mph.

Tim, thanks for uploading the videos.

hey, nice times! i should be around there soon. i have a axleback exhaust/intake/bov/ boost controll on there now. the rest are on the coffee table waiting their turn(see sig.). tomorrow, if things go well, the turboback exhaust will be on tomorrow. did you notice a great difference from the exhaust? my car feels good at 19psi, but it feels like its being held back a bit. btw, what are your egt temps when running 20 psi? what octane are you using?

I haven't hooked up my EGT gauges yet, but I'm sure the temperatures are low. I am running a not too agressive fuel curve. On the dyno, before the 3" turbo back, I was running 11.4 to 11.7:1 af ratios, which is on the conservative side. The exhaust made a hell of a difference. I ran better with the UR 3" turbo back than I did with the stock downpipe, open exhaust.

If your car feels like it's being held back, it's probably running too rich upstairs. Get yourself a SAFC or something and lean it out a bit. The car runs way too rich at high rpms.
